When Mike and Wil, the founders of Must Win, exited from the sale of Yammer ($1.2 Billion to MSFT,) they were offered positions as co-founders at various new VC-backed startups. Having worked for lots of startups (both good and bad,) and having some idealogical differences with the mainstream tech scene, they opted instead to found a company with no investment capital where they could call their own shots, do what they do best, and run the company the way they felt tech companies should run.
With experience doing everything from product conceptualization to scaling large apps and a shared ethos of product-focused design and development they are adept at helping early stage and pivoting products speed up their results. They have a talent pool of over 16 full time and contract staff built of US-based over achievers with a wide array technology stack expertise including Python, Ruby on Rails, Node, Native iOS, and more.
Mike and Wil are vocal about issues in technology including diversity, management methodologies, design and engineering process, lean startups and other pragmatic approaches to creating/running a startup.
